You will need:
- -10' to 100'C thermometer (DDS)
- empty baked bean can (DDS)
- Sodium bicarbonate powder (DDS) (aka "bicarbonate of soda")
- Citric acid crystals (DDS)
- electronic scales if available
- Circular filter papers if available
- Supply of ice cubes
- Supply of salt
- Petri dish
Magma is the molten or semi-molten natural material from which all igneous rocks are formed. Magma is found beneath the surface of the Earth, and evidence of magmatism has also been discovered on other terrestrial planets and some natural satellites
